Orders will be delivered only in Estonian Republic.
When placing the order please fill in all boxed areas marked with (*). Select the product desired and indicate the quantity to be delivered.

After we have confirmed the availability of the products, a pro-forma invoice will be sent to you by e-mail.
On the basis of the pro-forma invoice, a prepayment of 50 % of the value of the products must be made to the sellers bank account.
If advance payment is not received within 5 days after receipt, your order will be cancelled.

After receiving advance payment to the seller’s bank account, the products accompanied by an invoice will be delivered to you via Estonian Post Ltd. in a C.O.D postal parcel.

Post office will hand over the C.O.D postal parcel after receiving final payment made by cash.

Your delivery will be kept at post office for up to 30 days.

If the delivery is not purchased, advance payment for the order will not be returned.

A delivery fee of 60 krones will be added to the order.

All orders will be delivered within 7 business days.

All products shall be guaranteed to be free from defects in accordance with the manufacturer's specific warranty.

All products returned for repairs must be accompanied by invoice and warranty card showing date of purchase.

Products accepted for return shall be limited to the following:
products, which do not correspond to the product information;
products, which are defective or damaged in shipment.

All products returned for replacement or repair of defects or damages must be returned within 5 days from date of delivery.

The cost and delivery fee of the returned products, which do not correspond to the product information or which are defective or damaged in shipment, will be refunded to your bank account within 3 business days.

ORDERING INFORMATION
